Found this book in one of the Popular book store. After going through some of the chapters briefly, I just had to buy it. The author Suk Hyoung-Sook actually have a school of mom in Seoul. The first in the world.

Read this at the back of the book and hope that my translation is correct....

Mom's role is not to intervene but to give your children a lot of love and be supportive. We moms tend to think of what we want and change the child, mould then to be our perfect son or daughter. The change should come from us.
